Refund Policy – If we fail to deliver the products and services you order in full and on time, you’ll be entitled to a refund of the original purchase price

Refunds (if applicable)

Clicks Creative promises to pay a full refund of the original purchase price only in the event that we are unable to deliver the products or services promised. Where Clicks Creative promises to deliver specific products or services within a specific time frame, the customer will be entitled to a refund if we do not deliver as promised.

However, our refund guarantee only applies in instances where the products or services promised cannot be delivered. If Clicks Creative successfully delivers the products and services as ordered by the customer, the customer will no longer be entitled to a refund - in full or in part.

In addition, refund requests must be submitted before the commencement of the delivery process. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by Clicks Creative and wish to terminate the project, you are entitled to do so only before delivery of the order commences. After which, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
